Love this. I'd love to add to the mentorship and watching webinars segment. Of course we all want mentors and if we can cultivate those relationships that is great. When you're targeting a mentor try to find someone that is a step or two ahead of yourself. They will likely remember the place you're currently in and be able to give actionable advice. If you're a single restaurant operator it might not be the best to try to get mentored by someone who owns 500 restaurants. In terms of gaining knoweldges through podcasts and webinars. I fully agree. However we only have so many hours in the day. Try to block time to do this but make what you're trying to learn is intentional. Only try to listen to podcasts that will have a substantial effect on your business in the next 6 months. It's easy to get lost in shiny coins that may never come in to fruition.
