Choose people for your network or cooperation who, at first sight, are far away from your own business. Because these are the people to lead you to new insights, new views of life and business, and who challenge your own mindset every day.

#UseChancesOfDigitalization

The digital industry is an industry of chances. All companies today have the same job: to master the challenge of digitalization. All that counts is leadership, good ideas, a hands-on mentality, and of course having good skills. 

#GoOut & #TalkaboutyourWork

At this point we women need to say goodbye to our inner Mrs. Perfect. We have to be more spontaneous and flexible in using our chances of taking part in panels, even if we think we might not be the absolute perfect expert for it.

#DoNotRegretttheStatusQuo

We cannot change the situation by merely regretting the status quo of not having enough female leaders. Instead, we have to work by giving examples. We have to motivate other women, give them power and provide a good network for cooperation. We have to start working at early stage in schools by providing good mentoring programs!
