Being happy is a great thing and what if I tell you that by applying happiness in your organization, you can climb the ladder of success more easily and happily, of course. In fact, you would me amazed to know that many business houses are outsourcing the services of consultants who specialize in spreading happiness among the organization and teach businesses how to use happiness in their business model. To be more precise, applying happiness means making this value intentional in culture and experiencing it in daily activities, all of which are translated into better results.
