5-STEP GUIDE TO TAKING BACK CONTROL

Step One. Decide. Just decide whether your health is worth it. Or whether you can live with the sacrifice. Decide whether you want amazing energy levels or the ones you current have to work with. Just decide whether you're OK with how you look and feel about yourself or not. All meant with love of course.

Step Two. Make sure you have a plan. A plan so that week in week out you know exactly what you need to do. What to eat, when and how much. What exercise to do, how and when too. Make sure your plan is sensitive to your ability, situation, time pressures and intended result. Yes, the right plan.

Step Three. Accountability, Accountability, Accountability. Yes, you need to be held to account. Otherwise, your busyness and old ways will pull you back every time the going gets tough and tough the going always gets, right? We're talking weekly check-ins and tracking to make sure you track your KPIs on the way to achieving your monthly and then Q1, Q2, Q3 and Q4 targets for your health and wellbeing ;)

Step Four. Support. You'll need lots of it. Especially, if you've tried before and lost to your old ways, the weekends, the late nights, the comfort eating, the stress drinking, the excuses, the blame and the struggles most people faced in the past.

Step Five. You'll need to act. Action, changes things. If you've decided, if you recognise you need a plan and the accountability to stick to the plan. And the support in terms of one-on-one coaching support, group coaching calls to make sure you're doing things right, continuous bite-sized trainings to help you navigate each and every roadblock and obstacle as they appear. All you need to do now, is start!
