We want to have a sense of meaning and direction in life, including the ability to fulfil our vision of success.?
But creating career transformation can be daunting.
Sometimes it’s just simply hard to make a decision about which career path is the best.
Career opportunities seem out of reach and you feel uncomfortable taking on new challenges and responsibilities.
Many people struggle to stay out of overwhelm or procrastination, which makes it challenging for them to decide on a career path that aligns with the true you.

Take a look at what you know which is within your comfort zone and then step out of that and into areas where you can grow before you even go beyond that into the blue sky thinking about what could really be possible for you in your future career.
From there, you can start identifying what your first step or role might be as an employee toward this vision of success.
Or what your first service or product offering is if you've taken the journey as an entrepreneur.
Remember, you don’t have to get it all figured out in your first run to turn your dream career into reality.
Knowing this gives you high levels of certainty that you are sending yourself on the path to achieving alignment in your vision of success.?

It’s decision time! Assess your options and choose your career path
List variables relevant to your past and present career, and your future aspirations. This can include the industry, discipline, speciality, contribution within the organisation, contribution within the supply chain, and delivery platform. From here, you can now generate your career options.
List career options by changing out variables to see what could be possible for you. Forget about job titles or how many steps it may take to get there at this stage and just add as many options to the list as you can.??
Consider and rate each option against your prioritised decision criteria list using a 1-10 rating scale, with 1 = ZERO match to your criteria up to 10 = Complete match to your criteria.
Your decision criteria can consist of your non-negotiables such as the alignment to your vision, values, eDISC energy, financial rewards, purpose, core needs and happiness.?
Review the rating scores and choose your preferred pathway and CELEBRATE your decision ??
