5 Stages of Growth: How To Scale To 7+Figures Using LinkedIn Organically
Look, there’s Levels to Scaling A Business…
Most people think; “I just need more leads”… “I need more appointments”…
But I can tell you THIS!
No matter how many “leads” or “appointments” I help you pump onto that calendar,
It will NEVER fix a flawed sales process or service-delivery model.
Let me tell you a little Story as to WHY:
Back when I was grinding LinkedIn 18-Hours a day for 2 1/2 years straight,
I was getting really damn good at getting appointments on my calendar.
But for the LIFE of me, I just couldn’t convert them into clients.
I remember doing over 70 Sales Calls, and not getting a SINGLE client…
Call me a rookie, call me an amateur, call me whatever you want!
Part of it was Limiting Beliefs, but a LARGE issue was the Sales Process in which I was trying to CONVERT clients…
It was SET UP for me to FAIL.
It was like the House stacked the Deck against me…
One day, it CLICKED! And I thought to myself…
“Why am I trying to use brute force to “Close” clients, get the payment,
get them to commit to my service with NO “pre-qualification” process in place,
trying to “One-Call Close” a Cold Prospect… There’s GOT to be A BETTER WAY!”
So, I went into the Lab and starting experimenting with every possible combination of variable I could think of…
Read a few dozen sales books, dropped a couple grand on Sales Coaching, then went back into the Trenches to start testing.
I mean, I tested EVERYTHING…
Then BOOM! I closed a client on a contract for 3-Months worth $15,000 ($5k/mo).
Repeated the process, and BOOM! Another $15k contract.
Within 4-Months I was pulling in $42,000 per month in Monthly Recurring Revenue.
I went from trying to “Close” the Deal, to now “Opening” the Relationship.
I started to "Pre-Qualify" my prospects via an initial Discovery Call & Application form,
Input a “Pre-Selling” mechanism in place; which is essentially a perfectly crafted pitch,
Then turned the tables and converted an “outbound prospect”, into an “Inbound Lead”,
And ultimately, into a High-Paying Client.
But even after growing my Consulting Business to over $40,000+ per month,
I hit a cap. A Ceiling.
And it took a lot of time and energy to grow to that "Next Level".
I was doing more and more work, grinding harder than ever, working longer hours... And I still wasn't seeing true growth or scale that I knew I was capable of.
LinkedIn is BY FAR the best place to add 6-figures, multiple 6-Figures, even 7-Figures (depending on your price + biz model) to your Business.
I would know, I did it within 4 months.
And I can assure you the System I painfully architected and what I now know is light years ahead of the market, and incomparable to what others are "teaching" out there.
Simply put: Sales & Prospecting is an Art and a Science.
And there's a certain way you need to approach potential clients and position yourself as the EXPERT, and I've TRULY Mastered it...
But here's the kicker!
Even after scaling to $40k+ per month completely organically, I still COULD NOT Breakthrough.
Then one day,
After doing my regular deep work session on LinkedIn, setting appointments, working my system and exploring some things,
I discovered and starting developing a "Multi-Channel - Omnipresent" Machine, that was fully automated, streamlined, and systematized.
Instead of relying on one Source of Leads, LinkedIn, I started to take ALL of my LinkedIn prospects and started to drip on them via "Warm Emails".
Since I've already connected with them (and have access to ALL of their emails), I started to send them personalized emails which started to generate me an extra 5-10 appointments ON TOP OF the 15-20+ I was already getting from LinkedIn every week.
This helped me scale to $73k per month.
Finally, GROWTH.
But it just wasn't good enough (to my standards)…
So I thought, "Hey, I already have these 5,000+ prospects I KNOW are in my ideal clients, why don't I try uploading their emails into Facebook and retarget them into my “pre-selling” mechanism?”
Bingo!
Within 3 months I cracked the $100,000 Per Month mark!
The next move I decided to make, was to systematize and "productize" my operations and services so that I could add as many clients as I wanted, and knew I would still get my clients AMAZING results.
