5 Spiritual Values to live by in 2023
“Values are like fingerprints. Nobody is the same, but you leave them all over everything you do” – Elvis Presley.??
“Who are you?” … “What brings you joy and fulfilment?”, when we asked these questions to our students and clients, they had to contemplate. However, when asked about their favourite food, things, and people, answers came effortlessly.??
It is strange to behold that people are aware of their likes and dislikes but they are unaware of “who they are” and “what can they do to live a life of freedom”. Most people, instead of going within to find happiness and fulfilment in life, they look for validation from the external world. As a result, it is very easy to lose focus and run your life either on auto-pilot mode or the way your parents, society, friends and peers ask or expect you to do.?
This is why living your life in accordance with your value system becomes crucial. Your value system will not only support you in knowing about yourself but also help you to be driven in life and trust the flow of life.?
At Soul Miracles, we live in accordance with these spiritual values that help us achieve our goals and understand what is truly important to us.?
?1. Courage: Courageous people always travel on the path that takes them away from judgement and bias. It is about being bold enough to follow the voice of your heart. It is about speaking up when it matters. At Soul Miracles, Courage is the pillar of everything that we do. It is Courage that sparks creativity and innovation in our Organisation. It is one of the most important spiritual values that we strongly practice, propagate, and encourage in our work, in our team, and for our clients. Without Courage, we will always remain trapped in mediocrity as well as even die eventually.?

2. Compassion: It is all about being kind to yourself and others. When it comes to being kind to yourself, it means working towards healing the wounds of your life instead of nurturing them through victimhood and sulking. It is about facing your wounds, experiencing the feeling, and letting it all go. Said differently, it is an act of loving yourself and appreciating yourself. It is also about finding equilibrium in life – doing what is reasonable and doable and not burying yourself with unrealistic expectations from people or things. In other words, stopping ourselves from being obsessed with perfection. When it comes to being compassionate with others, it is about understanding someone’s pain and helping them alleviate it. Compassion for ourselves, for all living beings and for nature – open doorways to authenticity, self-care, love, happiness, and growth.??
3. Allowance: People will be who they are, and you be who you are – this is what allowance is all about when it comes to people and life. “People or Life SHOULD BE in a certain way” is a recipe for disaster. Just like you have the choice to do what you want, they also have the choice to be what they want to be – which is absolutely fine. No judgements here. Just because it doesn't match your parameters, ideals, or your wavelength, doesn't make others wrong. One tool that helps in being in allowance with others is “not taking things personally”. It is never about you; it is about them. Change your perspective. Pray for them. In the end, it is between you and the Universe.?
4. Persistence: Keep moving and keep walking in your pursuit towards your dreams and the voice of your heart. At times, things do get tiring and overwhelming. In such cases, rest but do not stop. Re-evaluate. Rethink. Reinvent. But keep moving in the direction of your soul. The Universe falls in love with a stubborn heart.?
5. Trust: Sometimes, things don't happen as you want them and when you want them. It doesn’t mean they are not happening or in motion. Some results come a little later…every intent comes back, and every prayer is answered...all that is required is trust. Trust the process. Trust your Intuition. Most importantly, trust in the Universe. Not everything will be solved at this moment, but eventually, it will be in its own divine timing.?
These spiritual values are the drivers of our life that help us walk the path. It helps us understand “who we are” and “what we represent to the World”. What are the spiritual values that drive you and help you achieve your goals??
