When you are in the market for something and you go onto a website, have an interest in buying and then start looking for prices and cannot find any, do you:
Think to yourself “they must sell on value so they don’t want to put prices on, so I will get in touch with them”
NO!
Keep on looking through all the pages to see if you can find prices?
NO!
To eliminate doubt and increase trust, please include prices, examples and ranges on your site.
2. Dealing with their concerns
What are the top five risks of working with companies like yours in your industry?
Be the leader and confront these elephants!
3. Comparisons
This product/service versus that - how do we compare with our competitors?
Honest comparisons that include content from their website will also build trust. You may even get searches for your competitors being taken to your content!?
4. Reviews
A review of this product/service including customer feedback
5. “The Best”
The best 5 products/suppliers in this region/market. NOT including yourself will really build trust and intrigue!
As a final test, review your first drafts with the following questions:
