?? Capture the Page. You start by capturing the current state of your web page on both desktop and mobile devices. For that, we use the GoFullPage Chrome extension, which captures the whole page and saves it as PNG or PDF.

At this stage, what you need is to see the bird's eye view of the whole page, and have answers to questions like "what goals should this page achieve?" and "what actions do I want users take?

?? Explore Content Exposure. Next, analyze the visibility and prominence of key elements to ensure crucial information is easily accessible and not overlooked. Check if your CTAs stand out as they should, and use scroll heatmaps to understand what content on the page do most users actually get to see.

?? Explore Interactions. Then examine your user's clicks to identify elements divert their attention from key CTAs. Uncover the relevance of clickable elements and adjust your strategy based on user behavior.

?? Explore Attention. Gain some additional insights from attention heatmaps to understand which parts of your page attract the most attention. Optimize CTAs strategically to enhance your conversion rate.

???Spot Navigation Patterns. Finally, step into your users' shoes with session recordings where you can take a look at how exactly they consume your content. Observe navigation patterns, identify obstacles, and refine the page's navigation for a seamless user experience.

??Pro tip: Look for recordings with high friction scores to identify struggles that users have on the page.
