With the techniques I’m going to share, it will not only help you writer better but also become a better marketer!

Copywriting is a must have skill if you want to succeed in the online marketing world.

Let’s cut off the chase.

And let’s dive into these copywriting exercises that will help you keep up in this ever game changing industry of persuasive copywriting.

Collect inspo file

Collects sales page inspos…

Social media captions inspo…

Emails newsletter inspos…

Ads inspo…

Collect them in any project management tool you use. I use Notion for this!

I study what makes them great.

I study what makes them standout.

Practice writing headlines everyday

Copywriting just like any sports is skill.

You practice playing your sports to get better at it, why not do the same with copywriting?

Dedicate time out of your day to practice copywriting. Everyday.

Buy a notebook, or you can simply use scratch papers.

Start with finding a keyword that you’d like to work on.

And create 3-5 headlines using that keyword.

Hand Copy Writing

Remember those inspo file that I asked you to collect?

Yup, I’m going to advise you to hand copy write those.

I used to hand copy write storybooks when I was younger.

It helped me improve my grammar and essay writing skills!

And I know for sure that…

This will improve your writing in an online world sense!

This will help you learn writing in different brand voices!

This will teach you how to write persuasively ~ a much needed skill if you want to succeed in the online marketing world!

Rewrite ads

Study what make great ads. Study what caught your attention about that ad.

Rewrite them.

Use more compelling words.

Remove excess words.

Make it simpler and more persuasive.

  2. Facebook ad library
  3. Ads you see online

Screenshot them and add them to your inspo file and study them!

Write. Everyday.

There’s no shortcut or magic potion to writing great copies, content or stories.

It takes practice, dedication and consistency.

Create a habit of writing. Everyday.

Take an hour of your everyday dedicated to improving your writing.

You don’t have to do this intensely.

You just have to be consistent at this.
