3 个月Absolutely LOVE 1! This is a new employees first impression of our organization. Will it be love? As we focus on attracting and retaining top talent and creating cultures of belonging, our onboarding experience sets the tone. Is the team welcoming and warm? Can they answer questions knowledgeably? Are there ample, yet accessible resources available for staff to reference later? How supported do they feel with new technology? Are they left with a point of contact for further connection? What about a follow up a few days after they join the team? Set them up for success and they’ll be thrilled to have joined the team. ??
