5 Reasons why you should NOT use Cloud Storage

While I am deeply involved in the cloud storage business I try to think in all directions. This blog post is an exercise in freeing my mind and not being opinionated about why to use cloud storage.
The advantages and benefits of cloud storage are clear and compelling, so I have found it difficult to understand why a business would choose not to adopt the cloud as a one stop shop means of solving file sharing, file distribution and computing power problems.
In the not so far past, the fear of the cloud was a major obstacle, and I am not referring to 20 years in the past. This fear is surely no longer the case as all research on the topic indicates.
I am putting myself in the position of an enterprise undergoing major change, to better understand their thinking.

What I came up with are the 5 reasons why an enterprise should not move files to the cloud.
