6 年I think there is a better way to measure customer sentiment than with voice and call center systems. We use social media monitoring tools. We can monitor over a billion online conversations and an algorithm can accurately sort through the conversations and split them into 3 categories Positive - Negative - Indifferent. This will give us a sentiment score and will show us what we can do to either sway indifferent sentiment to positive and correct negative sentiment.
