5 reasons why The Legacy Conference will remain an in-person event

I first want to acknowledge that Coronavirus is a serious issue and we all need to take precautions in terms of increased hygiene and the choices we make at this time. However, I also believe that any decisions we make in our lives and businesses should always be based on objective and well-considered risk-assessments, not panic. In fact, here are 10 reasons you should not be panicking about the Coronavirus.
So after much consideration, here is why The Legacy Conference will remain an in-person event and I will not be making it virtual.
1. The Legacy Conference is an intimate event of just 40 people
My vision for Legacy 2020 has always been that it would be a high-end event for 40 elite individuals (those who are committed in word and deed to achieving eye-watering levels of success) who want to launch a significant project this year. That hasn’t changed and being such a small event my team and I can ensure that hygiene levels are high, the environment is clean and there is no one present who is ill and may pose a risk.
2. Legacy is still a few months away
Legacy isn’t until June at which point I believe the situation would have subsided and the risks will be less.
3. Gathering in person is an important part of our growth and well-being
Human connection is essential and whilst many events are being canceled or being delivered virtually, there needs to be a remnant of in-person events that remain and give people the opportunity to meet face-to-face and experience all the benefits that come with that. Increased isolation may make us safer in terms of physical health but it can be detrimental to our mental health. We are social and some things cannot be replicated virtually.
4. Events like The Legacy Conference are still needed
You can achieve more in 2 days of learning, focusing and connecting with the right people than you can in 2 years going it alone and trying to teach yourself. When it comes to launching a significant project this year, there is no other event or training that will equip you better. I believe wholeheartedly that the 40 people in the room will leave equipped, inspired and fueled to launch in unprecedented ways.
5. I’ve always been a leader that isn’t governed by fear or the movements of the masses
My life is governed by 3 core values; faith, hope and love – my desire is to be a beacon of light at this time, Legacy remains an invaluable opportunity for me to do that. Even if it’s just me and a handful of people in that room on June 4th and 5th, the show will go on because this is about more than money, IT’S ABOUT LEGACY.
