Are you looking to relocate to one’s of the world’s most cosmopolitan cities? Are you looking for adventure without sacrificing comfort and luxury? Are you hoping not to break your budget to do all this? Consider the following and you may realise Dubai is the place for you!
1. Dubai Lifestyle
Dubai offers a lifestyle not seen anywhere else. The city offers a wide range of styles and preferences. It is also very well-equipped with world class quality products, infrastructure and a high class living standard.
2. Entertainment Scope
You won’t be working all the time. For your down time, Dubai offers a wide range of leisure activities; think of Dubai as a Middle Eastern Las Vegas in many regards. Dubai has number of special things for all age groups. Kids can go for adventurous outings. Ladies can spend their time shopping in some of the best malls in the world. You can even make your night memorable with the many bars, clubs and pubs.
Sick of clouds and rain? Dubai has sunshine almost every day, the entire year. For nine months of the year the weather is near perfect to enjoy all of Dubai’s outdoor activities and beaches. Dubai has a warm, highly pleasant climate during these months. The summer months are typically the only time when the weather can become a problem; the temperature during the summer months often go into the 40′s. But indoor festivals are regularly conducted during these months, making the heat barely an afterthought.
4. Tax- Free Income
Saving your hard-earned money is always a priority. Dubai can oblige this aim, as it is known for its tax-free zone. In this zone, you do not need to pay wealth tax or corporate tax; there is even no tax on income too. With the money saved, you can budget more fun activities and treat yourself to luxuries you otherwise would go without.
It doesn’t matter how many great things a place can offer if you don’t feel safe living there. Fortunately for Dubai residents, it is one of the safest places in the world. Dubai is regularly regarded as being one of the top five safest cities to live in the world. Crime levels are incredibly low for a major city. A vigilant police force and security services also provide great deterrents, ensuring that physical security is in the utmost care.

8 年Whilst I agree with Adams reasons for living in Dubai ( having been here almost two years). Yes it's a fantastic place to live with a very cosmopolitan lifestyle, but like most big cities around the world it's expensive. Housing, schooling and the lifestyle can quickly erode the tax free salary. So yes I would definitely recommend it given the opportunity, but do your research beforehand as your tax free salary can quickly disappear each month if you get caught up in the glitz and glamor of this modern city.
