1/ Start with 10 Minutes
If a full workout feels overwhelming, just commit to 10 minutes. A quick circuit of push-ups, squats, and planks can do wonders.
2/ Meal Prep in Bulk
Cook once, eat multiple times. Preparing chicken, rice, and veggies for the week will save time and help you stick to your nutrition goals.
3/ Get the Kids Involved
Turn exercise into family time—play tag, go for a bike ride, or even do a short workout together at home.
4/ Set a Daily Non-Negotiable
Commit to one small habit, like drinking an extra glass of water or walking for 15 minutes. Small wins add up.
5/ Plan Your Workouts Like Meetings
Schedule your workouts on your calendar. If it’s not planned, it’s too easy to skip.
