Trying something new here.
I wrote down the five questions I always had and looked for some inspiration on the web.
So I googled it (surprise!) and here is what I found.
1. How do you move forward?
When we point to obstacles, we inhibit progress. When we offer solutions, we advance it. - Simon Sinek
2. How do you have a great morning?
Write: When you write, your memory improves, you are less anxious and you think more clearly (in other words, we can significantly cut our therapy bill by practicing this). By clearing our minds, we can set the tone for the day ahead and remind ourselves of the goals we aim to achieve. - Leadercast
3. How to increase your mistake tolerance?
Don’t avoid mistakes, confront them. - Great article by Gustova on Medium that works a skim
4. How to have the happiest day of your life?
Four stories from the most unlikely Dad's that are still trying to grow up on the FlipMyFunnel podcast
5. What's your way of making your day intentional?
Comment below and I will update this post with your note by tomorrow :)
Do you like this format? Just testing it out and would love feedback.

5 年The format is short and sweet, with golden nuggets. I like it.? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? I've begun to implement intention by writing down the top priorities for each quarter and breaking it out by month, week, and day (backwards). This helps me think bigger picture and build upon the project, thought, or idea daily. With flexibility and accountability, priorities can shift as needed but this helps me identify when to say no. I often ask, is this helping me reach my goal? What is the opportunity cost of this commitment/investment/time spent? While a new method for me, I look forward to reinventing/adjusting for 2020.

5 年I make a list (or update it) every day and prioritize it -- I try to accomplish six things each day (sometimes more) or break it down to about six "parts" of projects. This works for me, and keeps me accountable to myself.?

5 年Sangram Vajre I meditate for 5mins before walking out the door. It’s clears my head and draws in focus. I listen to the podcasts that make me smarter on the way to work. any ideas that spark I write them down in Evernote. Btw, I may venture into writing a book. Any resources you recommend? Maybe a post (soon) on your experience doing so?
