OK, You are a coach and you need to speak no matter what,
These tips will help you a Lot
No#1 Don't hide behind a Black box
what do I mean,
I mean, when you are on stage, the stage is yours, OWN THE STAGE.
Don't hide behind a podium
grab the mic and start walking, expand your arms, show everyone that the stage is yours
What that does is, it Makes your Speech Dynamic instead of boring and sleepy. and people will be seeing you differently than other speakers (if you are on TED or something)
Do whatever you can to stand out, that's how people will remember you. (more on No#4)
No#2 For remembering the points While speaking,
Step-1 A week before the speech, Write down all your points
Step-2 Assign those points with one of your body parts, From Head to toe, or from toe to head
Step-3 While going to sleep, and just after waking up, recall those point for 10 minutes each day
By doing that you will embody those points.
By regular practice, you will make those points come out naturally, without even trying to recall
No#3 While telling your life story
When you would be talking about your past/struggles, move to the left of the Stage (Your Right Side)
when you talk about the present, stay in the middle,
when talking about future/hope walk to the right side of the stage
If you cannot move, point towards that side, that works fine.
How this works is,
Your audience reads from left to right, so if you walk left to right while telling your story, they will feel you are showing them the story and not just telling a story and they will remember the story.

No#4 Keep The Engagement
The best way to keep the attention of your audience is to make them engage in your speech.
don't make it "Just a speech" Make it an "Activity"
People don't want to listen to what you have to say, even they will never ever remember what you said, they will remember how you made them feel.
so make it count, and Give them an amazing experience that they remember you even after 10 Years.
No#5 Don't speak to the Entire audience
Never use these terms
"You guys", "How many of you...", "Ladies and gentleman", "You all",
Use only those terms which you use in One on One conversation.
eg.- "How are you?", "What you did this morning?", "Raise your hand if you are introvert"
That subtle change will hack your audience's mind to make them believe that you are just speaking to them personally. and they will feel special. and when they feel special, they will remember you more.
