5 Practical (and easy) ways to make this a great week.

1. Wake up 20-30 minutes early and plan your day. Set goals and prioritize the important; identify the most important things to accomplish at work and at home.
2. Send a thank you email to one person before you leave the office - Better yet call or stop by and tell them in person.
3. Take 15-20 minutes at midday to break away from the routine and be by yourself - read a book, listen to a podcast, meditate, just be quiet. (You may have to leave the office and NO GUILT....it's just 20 minutes!)
4. At the end of every day, write down something fun or meaningful that you did. Write it on a post-it note and attach it to your mirror. At the end of the week, you will have 7 things to smile about.
5. Make it a goal to help one person every day with a project, task or problem.
