We're just about wrapping up the year and I've had the chance earlier this week to reflect on everything that I've experienced over the past 12 months.?
One way to remind yourself of these past events is to scroll back in your calendar (assuming you use one) at the projects you've worked on, the appointments you've kept with people, the places you've travelled, etc.
I was struck by how full my calendar has been and while I'm not quite proficient enough at this point to dwindle my appointments down to a bare minimum, I am using the last couple of weeks of this year to outsource as much as I can to my team.
There's something to be said for ramping up and scaling to create more abundance and then winding down and unplugging.?
