5 Online Studios Offering Free Classes for Your Home Workout

As we all adapt to new routines while keeping social distancing due to COVID019, I want to share my favorite yoga studios and gyms that are offering online workouts.
Being a yoga instructor for over 9 years and also being a yoga studio and gym junkie (hello #classpass) I know that this transition is extra hard for us workout lovers.
But here is hope. I have personally practiced at each of these studios in-person and am excited to keep my workouts going on my mat on my bedroom floor! Let's do this together.
Before we dive in to the online fitness classes, let's talk about how to set yourself up for success while working out from home.
Here are 3 tips to get you started:
1. Boundaries
If you live with other humans, ask them for support as you build your home practice. Ask for 1 hour each day to get your workout in.
2. Set up a sacred space in your home
Leave your yoga mat, home weights, sneakers, etc. in this space over the next few weeks. This will inspire you to keep at it! The less decisions you need to make before starting your home workout, the more likely you will be to actually do it.
3. Put your phone away while you're working out
This is time for you to unplug, reset your mind and body, and take a step away from all of the craziness happening in the world. Honor it.
Okay, here's the list!
1) Barre3
2) The Class
4) Bulldog Yoga
5) Yoga Glo
I'd love to hear how your home workouts are going and which classes you love!
