These animals started choosing Mitragynine over many addictive substances. They were given options and chose Mitragynine over time. The increased motor control and increased ability for impulse control are phenomenal! This will help so many people with their anxiety, addiction, pain, depression, and even impulsivity. This (link above^) study found that self-administration of morphine is lower after mitragynine administration in rats. This means that Mitragynine only formulas pose as a potential candidate for new addiction attenuation drugs to help addicts get clean. WOW!

Our second program focuses on the treatment of opioid use disorder (OUD). SBS-226 is a synthetic derivative of mitragynine pseudoindoxyl. The mitragynine alkaloids are a broad class of active compounds found in the leaf of the Kratom plant. Kratom has been widely used across the world and over time for “medicinal value” and most recently as a “natural” remedy for opioid withdrawal. SBS-226 is an NCE that builds upon our deep knowledge of chemistry and biology in this space. It is a weak MOR agonist but potent DOR antagonist. The combined profile translates into a compound that ameliorates opioid withdrawal without causing respiratory depression, self-reinforcement behavior, or abuse potential. If we can successfully translate the preclinical findings to humans, SBS-226 has the potential to be a significant addition to the Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) armamentarium.
As you can see there is a lot more information becoming available for the public to see for themselves how important this product is for our epidemic that continues to grow. Will fester and spoil until we are unable to put any more relief topical on it. It's time to open that wound and penetrate with healing light and the healing elixir of Mitragynine. Mitragynine has already proven a tougher candidate for addiction and pain management. Why aren't we all demanding this be readily available as an option when we are needing relief. When we demand the leaders will listen.
