5 Minutes Isn't Enough Time...or is it?

Most people skip or avoid doing things that will support their physical or mental health due to “All or Nothing” thinking. They convince themselves that if they don't have a full hour to workout, then there is no point to workout.
But what if I told you, that not only can you change your life and your health, but you can change your brain in only 5 minutes.
Nicole Vignola, a neuroscientist that I follow, says “While 5 minutes might seem short, the cumulative effect of daily practice over time can lead to significant changes in brain structure and function.”
The key is consistency, because over time those 5 minute pockets of time can yield real results.?
This week, I am challenging you to let go of the limiting belief that “you don't have the time” to prioritize your physical and mental health. And if you keep scrolling, I have a list of activities you can do that will take no more than 5 minutes, but if done consistently will make a big impact.
