The Essence of Self-Leadership

Self-leadership is the deliberate practice of guiding your own life. When love is at the core, you align with your deepest values and purpose. It empowers you to make decisions that reflect who you truly are.

My Journey to Letting Love Lead

From a young age, I was full of energy and enthusiasm. But I was often told I was “too much” for others.

For years, this belief shaped how I lived. It was the lens through which I saw others and the world around me.?

But in 2020, while exploring personal growth through the Proctor & Gallagher Institute’s Thinking into Results program, I started to reconnect with my true self—my heart, values, and what I genuinely love to create in my life.?

As the world around me felt chaotic, I chose to let love lead.?

This decision brought me joy, ease, and a sense of control that came from within.?

It was during this time that I founded my coaching business, something I truly wanted to create and I had an epiphany; “Let Love Lead” would be my guiding principle.

The Impact of Love in Self-Leadership

• Authenticity:?

Leading with love means being your true self. When you’re authentic, you naturally attract the right people and opportunities.

• Resilience:?

Love strengthens your resilience. It helps you face challenges with a mindset focused on growth and compassion.

• Clarity:?

Love clarifies your decisions. When love is your foundation, your choices align with your long-term goals.
