5 Leadership lessons from the All Blacks Defeat

No one likes defeat.   

When what we expect does not transpire, we are left with feelings of shock, anger, despondency and grief.

And yet, defeat and failure are the very crucibles which set the stage for further growth and development.

Ultimately, what counts is not the defeat and failure itself but how we deal with it and what we make of it.

No one has demonstrated this more powerfully than the All Blacks.

Exploring the metaphors that sport offers and doing it with depth and continuity is a challenge that must be grasped. The meeting with the people of sport, regardless of the type of sport and the role, for the management is really fascinating and useful in terms of learning mostly when it does not stop at the sporting experience, but it goes further to allow to grasp the experience human .
