While it is easy to say that some things are "common sense," and while I agree, they are also items not being done for whatever reason. I absolutely appreciate the "memory joggers," and I recall reading in my executive MBA class that people will forget 84% of what you tell them or train them within 48 hours without a visual job aid That means that when your team leaves on Friday and comes back on Monday, it is vital to have a "Monday morning checklist" for the vast majority of team members. I also bet we all know folks who forget what you tell them or they said within 4-8 minutes. Funny, however, exhausting to work with. Favorite part of the post - LOVE what you are doing! Let's GO!
