Also, the chances are high that you will stick to your workout regimen because you will not want to disappoint your coach who is expecting you to show up. A good accountability coach will also challenge you to push past your limits and get better every day. The support you will receive from this person can be invaluable. It’s crucial that you feel like someone else cares about you achieving your desired results, and this is that someone.
- Treat yourself when you stick to your workoutsWhat’s something you genuinely enjoy doing during your downtime? A fantastic way to stay committed to exercise is to give yourself one of these treats only if you complete your workout for the day. It could be a Netflix show you have been binge-watching. Or a video game you love getting lost in.This type of delayed gratification can work wonders for incentivizing you to stay on your path to a healthier lifestyle. You will feel much better about doing these activities because you will know that you earned them.
