The past 3 day's, I've attended James Wedmore’s Business By Design Live Event, where 1,000+ entrepreneurs gathered to learn, grow, and connect.
But instead of just sharing my experience, I want to give you something more: the actionable strategies that will help you scale your business and build stronger connections in 2025.
1. Build Real Connections (Not Just Content)
With AI-generated content on the rise, people will crave more human connection.
My biggest takeaway?
People buy from people. That means it's not enough to create great content — you need to create connections.
Actionable Tip: Add a live component to your strategy in 2025, like Q&A sessions, webinars, or LinkedIn Lives. These help your audience feel closer to you and see you as their go-to expert.
2. Embrace Video (Even if It Feels Daunting)
Video is no longer optional — it’s the fastest way to build trust.
While I’ve been resistant myself, I learned a simple weekly strategy that makes video creation manageable:
Why it matters: LinkedIn prioritizes video in the feed, and I'm still confident that LinkedIn is the easiest, and least crowded Social Media Platform for standing out and scaling your personal brand, which is why we need to embrace video as part of our Content Strategy.
3. Lean Into Authenticity
After years of corporate polish, five years post my escape (yep, consider myself being a corporate escapee), I’m learning to drop the perfectionism and show up as my true self.
One of the event’s most powerful reminders was this: what comes easily to you is incredibly valuable to someone else.
For You ??: Don’t overthink your messaging.
Speak from the heart and show your unique expertise — that’s how your audience will see you as the trusted guide they need.
4. Optimize Your Revenue Strategy
Scaling isn’t about working harder; it’s about being strategic. Focus on these three areas:

Quick Win: Review your social media and email strategy to see where you can grow your audience or engage with your existing one more effectively.
5. Overcome Fear by Taking Action
Fear only has power if you let it.
The things we avoid (like posting, video or launching) are often the exact things we need to grow.
Mindset Shift: Instead of caving to fear, reframe it as a signal that you’re about to grow.
Every launch, post, or video is a chance to learn and improve.
Don't let these be something you read and think — "yep, she has a point there..." - rather set aside 30 minutes, reflect on them, how can you implement these strategies in your business?
This is your blueprint for scaling your business in 2025.
If you want and need support to take the next step in building connections and growing your revenue, I'm hosting an Info Session about my Designed To Sell Program on Tuesday.
This is for you who are a coach, or a service provider, and are ready to implement a Scalable Online Offer, CLICK HERE to register: https://josefinewanner.online/dts-info
Looking forward to seeing you there!
?? Josefine
P.S. I got the question whether the Info Session is only for coaches.
No, it works for all service providers who want to build an online offer (a scalable online course or program) - the reason why I talk about coaches in my messaging is because the majority of my audience are coaches, it’s to make it more relatable to them.
I totally understand if that doesn’t apply to you (if you're not a coach) - but maybe you can recognize yourself in wanting to build a scalable online product to help you reach more people, have more impact, and make more money, while working less.
A big key to success in my Designed To Sell method is to be curious and dare to ask questions, AND if you're open to that - I would LOVE to see you at the Info Session on Tuesday!

2 个月Josefine Wanner Good stuff! To add to your point about building connections, I'll say this: Engaging with other people's content is a neat way of doing that. Just make sure you do it authentically and relevantly. I'll also recommend doing it to creators who reciprocate with gratitude -- this shouldn't be a one-sided thing. It's why I so religiously engage with a few creators, and why I generally avoid those who never respond.
