5 Highlights of the Microsoft Inspire main Keynote

The main event for #Microsoft partners couldn’t have started in a more Inspiring way.

By sharing impactful stories about how partners are implementing Microsoft solutions together with clients, Satya Nadella , the Chairman and CEO of Microsoft, proved to the audience that it is possible to change the world (even the Universe) by doing more with less.

By addressing 5 key pillars, Satya opened the event by addressing all the topics that are going to be further developed over the 3 days of the Microsoft AI Cloud Partner Program conference. Spoiler alert: they are all linked to the #MicrosoftCloud.

1)?????Infrastructure

It starts with the structure itself – according to the keynote speaker, it’s urgent that leaders encourage migrations to the Cloud as, very soon, 95% of all services will be deployed in the Cloud.

Operations efficiency driven by #Azure is being taken to the next level with the Azure Space Partnership. It seems that Microsoft is aligned with Stellium ’s mission to boost its services to an interstellar level as Satya just announced the #AzureOrbitalStation.

It was also disclosed the opening of 10 new environmental-friendly #DataCenters from Microsoft following the company’s concern with sustainability. A #GreenCloud is being powered up to serve the public sector and enable scale economies. The goal is to bring more sensitive workloads to the Cloud, even in regulated industries. Increasingly important #data requires greater protection and Satya stated that Microsoft confidential computing is what makes Microsoft Cloud unique.

2)?????Digital and App Innovation

There’s no way around digitalization and organizations must be eager to provide best-in-class tooling. Following a Cloud-first approach, Microsoft’s CEO stated that the focus should be on adopting #DevOps.

Satya also reinforced the importance of working in #WebApps as it enables companies to reduce their costs for both the end-user and the business itself. ?Also, because there are applied centrally, thus the same version is used by all users which avoids compatibility issues – much more important if you’re working remote.

3)?????Data and #AI

By 2025 all data will be produced by AI models. As Satya mentioned, even Google Analytics is moving to this kind of #intelligence which brings the best to organizations as it allows them to create greater value with less integration time. Saving time, improving performance, and turning data into valuable insights are the main goal of the investment in #AI.

4)?????Modern Workplace

In a hybrid world, 73% of employees like the current flexibility model and won’t give up on that. Automation is supercharging #collaboration, connecting people, places, and processes – all possible due to #Microsoft365 tools.

Making work easier and smarter is the focus to prioritize collaboration within a context where employees should be considered the most important asset of any organization. This #employee experience is powered up by solutions such as Microsoft Viva that contribute to facilitating engagement and retention.

Investment in new features that enable collaboration is one of Microsoft’s greatest concerns and that’s why the company just launched #VivaGoals (available next month) - a new form to share objectives and key results so that everyone is aligned.

Satya proudly stated that #Windows365 continues to empower the workforce regardless of where employees are, and #Teams is still the star when it comes to fostering collaboration.

5)?????Security

Last, but not least, Microsoft's CEO reminded the audience that businesses are experiencing more #CyberAttacks than ever before and Microsoft wants to lead the way when it comes to developing solutions that increase the security and well-being of businesses and its clients.
