Next week, the time has finally come for us to welcome you to our SCHULBAU trade fair in Copenhagen. We are incredibly looking forward to it and today we want to put the spotlight on our experts who will provide you with a great programme full of information. Come and talk to them.
Welcome Superpower
On day 2, Astrid Mody and Mette Rose Eriksen will open the fair together with organiser Kirsten Jung.
Mody is a project manager and architect related to the programming, design and construction process of schools and daycare centres. She is an expert in lighting and how lighting and architecture can be linked to and enhance educational practice.
Eriksen is Chief Advisor in the Municipality of Copenhagen and Children and Youth Administration. She is the technical coordinator for the development of the functional programmes and requirement specifications for the educational functions related to the planning and construction of schools and day care facilities.
Inclusion programme in educational construction
In the planning of the new Waldau Open School in Kassel, the Montag Foundation, together with the city, the school, C.F. M?ller Architects and numerous specialist planners, developed an innovative school building based on a forward-looking pedagogy. Existing standards and norms are being questioned and new sustainable solutions are being developed. At our SCHULBAU, Barbara Pampe will be taking a closer look at the pilot project in cooperation with the city of Kassel in a panel discussion.
Interactive learning from Denmark
The favourite way for pupils to learn is interactive. Udo Klawitter is an expert in interactive learning tools and will be presenting the concept from Denmark at our SCHULBAU trade fair on 13 and 14 June in Copenhagen.

Marcia Canales is an architect and has been running her own office, Kamleitner Canales Architekten, since 2017. With her team, she plans high-quality projects and also supervises the construction phase. Her office is characterised by cost- and time-optimised project management and a sound understanding of client needs. Marcia Canales and her team work on complex projects such as buildings in the education sector, residential construction, new office buildings and conversions and high-quality medical practices. Marcia Canales works for international investors and institutional and public clients.
Upcycling - cradle to cradle - circular building
Architect Anders Lendager is CEO and founder of the Lendager Group. It has established itself as one of the most influential companies in Denmark around upcycling and the circular economy. On the second day of the event, he will give a lecture on this and be part of a panel discussion.

As chairman of the German-Danish Sankt Petri School, Marc-Christoph Wagner has experienced the school cultures and systems of both countries. In his lecture, he reflects on the different approaches and perceptions of learning. How two cultures meet at eye level. And how schools must renew themselves in the 21st century in order to maintain their social status.
Linking architecture and urban development
Adept's buildings have a characteristic balance between tectonics, scale, resources and context. The main focus is on strengthening the relationship between a building and its urban environment. Martin Krogh will present their concept at our SCHULBAU fair.
Optimal learning through optimal indoor climate
Anders Eskildsen will discuss the connection between the quality of learning and the quality of the indoor climate and present Airmaster's decentralised solutions for increasing well-being in the classroom through flexible, sustainable and energy-efficient ventilation concepts. He is the responsible export manager at Airmaster A/S.
On the opening day of SCHULBAU Copenhagen on June 13 and 14, Rosan Bosch is invited. In her lecture she will talk about "Play to learn - designing for uncertainty".
Rosan Bosch is founder and creative director of Copenhagen-based Rosan Bosch Studio. Rosan Bosch Studio uses creativity as a tool for innovation and challenges established cultures and norms. The studio transforms physical environments into meaningful and significant experiences. The studio has created celebrated and innovative public libraries and designed workspaces for the research and development departments of global brands.
On the first evening, June 13, networking will come to a peak at our evening event!
