The Conference will be held in the BCS Offices in Covent Garden.

The conference Theme is "ITAM, Configuration Management and DevOps The bedrock of Service Management". We have a fantastic array of Speakers from our keynote presenter Mikkel Naesager talking us through the Bermuda Triangle of IT, Kylie Fowler giving a brief update on amendments to ISO19770 the 15 huge topics by speaker across 3 streams including DevOps, ITAM (IT Asset Management), and CCRM (Change, Configuration and Release Management). Later in the afternoon a GDPR Discussion and Takeaways before have our networking supper. Conference details can be found on the hyperlinks in this section.
