As the final newsletter of the year, I wanted this edition to stand out and reflect on what 2024 has been for me. That led me to ask myself:?How would I sum up 2024?

It’s fascinating how the major milestones often come with equally overwhelming journeys leading up to them.

• A TEDx talk? Absolutely—but only after six months of intense preparation.
• An MBA? Yes—but it was a constant balancing act alongside running two companies with a small team.
• Launching a new company? Certainly—but not without navigating significant financial challenges.

If I had to encapsulate the year in one word, it would be?resilience.

Looking back, I’m still not entirely sure how I managed to take on so much without fully knowing what each challenge would demand. And yes, there were plenty of moments that truly tested me—repeatedly.

But here’s the thing, and forgive me if it sounds clichéd:?Would I have wanted it any other way??Not at all.

So here’s to another lap around the Sun—filled with laughter, tears, fist bumps, and brainstorms. Onward! ??
