I think social media is a concentration of everything, mostly bad because our brains tend to dwell on the negative as psychologically for our primate brains those are the threats and evolution made us pay more heed to the threats because 10,000 years ago every threat was a life or death situation!

It happened!! TEDx!! I think I'll take a couple of days to process the high before I tell you all of it and hopefully the video should be out soon. But oh, the love in the room. I am grateful for each and every person. It's not been only my journey although that's what it may look like! Love and sparkles to everyone???
