When it comes to you, your health and your energy levels - There’s never a time where you want to lose any of them?

Here’s 4 of my favourite daily routines to feel better?
1. Contrast shower AM - I hand on heart say this, more than anything allows me to get more work done in 2 hours in the morning than I used to get done in 2 days?
2. 60 Minute Shut Down - This shut down before bed, spent reading, stretching/doing yoga or meditating makes a frightening difference to how I feel?
3. Obsessively Hydrating - I’m never more than an arms length from a bottle of water. I get north of 5/6 litres per day?
4. Small Walks To Break Up The Day - Hugely beneficial for productivity, staying sharp and feeling better daily?
These 3 Principles Will Skyrocket Your Energy Levels?

What’s the reasoning behind that and some of the key principles that make such a huge impact in such a short space of time?
Let’s focus on 3 principles I like to live by..?
1. Some form of fruit/veg at each meal - I prefer fruit in my smaller snack style meals?
2. No caffeine 6-8 hours before I go to bed - Key for getting a good night’s rest?
3. I eat smaller, more frequent meals - This will come down to preference, but there’s nothing worse than a food coma when you’re trying to get work done?
You Won’t Be Able To Lose Fat Until You Address This..?
What are the best foods, exercises, snacks or fancy new supplements that get results??
I could list millions of things here, but one thing so many people do not fully take into account is this..?
Stress levels.?
If you’re constantly living in a state of fight or flight, it’s going to be VERY difficult to make progress in any direction, except backwards?
- Anxiety
- Fatigue?
- Sleep problems?
- Reliance on alcohol/drugs?
Just a couple of the negative effects stress can have.. So where do we start when it comes to managing stress??
It starts with taking a long hard look at yourself and your situation. Where is the stress coming from? What is the root cause? Once you’ve identifies that - Address it head on.?
There are some great tactics such as meditation, yoga, deep breathing, exercise, spending time with family/friends. But they are all meaningless unless we get to the root cause?

How Not Eating Can Boost Your Energy?
Are you someone who’s not particularly hungry in the first part of the day, but sometimes force a meal down because ‘breakfast is the most important meal of the day’
Well, that’s bullshit.?
We’ve been brainwashed to think so. But if you don’t like breakfast, no problem - Don’t have it?
You may be a great fit for Intermittent Fasting (it’s not for everyone) but it can certainly work well for a lot of people
What is it? - A window of time where you do not eat. The most common is 16 hours fasting with an 8 hour feeding window?
Digestion is one of the biggest drains on energy that we have - We all know the feeling after a huge meal - So fasting for a portion of your day allows blood sugar to stabilise, and forces your body to use fast as fuel?
This prevents the rollercoaster cycle of ups and downs you can see when choosing highly processed carbohydrates as your main fuel source?
Smaller, more frequent meals spaced evenly throughout the day will also benefit, and is the strategy I personally use
This Sleep Hack Will Change Your Life?
Our bodies are biological clocks.
Circadian rhythms are the cycles in the body that fluctuate over a 24-hour period.?
When there is prolonged misalignment between our lifestyle and our circadian rhythm it can increase the risk for various diseases.?
If we wake up at the same time every day, we can reinforce the circadian rhythm and are prompted to go to sleep at the same time every night.
