1. Write an Engaging Headline
If you find yourself in a situation where you are required to present a five-minute business plan to investors on behalf of your organization. What would be your approach to preparation?
I'm betting you will give the theme of your business plan a catchy name to get investors curious about what they're in for. This is similar to the way an article headline is presented to the reader. The headline of an article identifies the topic of the article.
Headlines are a great way to draw the reader's attention to the article. A good headline should be catchy and make people think. In general, it should make people want to read the whole article.
To make your headlines stand out, focus on three important things.
Keep in mind that the headline is the most significant part of your article. If it's catchy, it tells your readers what your story is about before they even begin reading.
I believe this to be the most critical aspect of an article. Without an appealing headline, readers would be unable to read your article.
2. Create a Convincing Lead
Those who compose news articles or newspapers will inform you that in news reporting, a lead is required to extract significant information from the news story. However, when it comes to composing blog posts or content, the situation is entirely different.
First paragraphs are important when writing an article. This is what is referred to as the “lead.”?
A good lead should encourage readers to read the next paragraph. This is essential, since you want them to read the entire article.
When you have a perfect lead, you should ensure that there is a strong build-up so that readers will want to know more about the information.
When you grasp these concepts, your readers will begin to appreciate your work and will want to continue reading each article you post.
3. The Body of the article should be enlightening?
The body of an article is, in fact, its heartbeat. It should contain news or observations that may alter the readers' perception of events.?
Your message and some essential words should be added to the body of your article.
Another thing to keep in mind is that keyword use and density aren't as significant to Google any more.
Nowadays, Google's algorithm is so advanced that it can understand the content of our writing.
This is the main reason why most articles are correctly indexed for search. Therefore, once you have been able to explain the topic in the body of your article, Google will be able to comprehend it.
4. Design an Excellent Graphics to give your article a meaning

Graphics are helpful in blog posts because they help explain points and break up the text in the body of the article. This helps to make the pages of the blog more visually appealing.
Please bear in mind that Google measures the duration of time readers spend on your page.?
To encourage visitors to stay on your page, it is important to use graphics, typography, and colors together.
By incorporating graphics into your article, you can enhance its appearance, particularly when it is shared on social media.
5. Call-To-action
This element of an article is critical for those who write for business, as you want to generate clicks that will eventually lead to a call to action.
I am not aware of anyone who would devote their spare time to writing without a purpose. The reason for writing a blog post and what they're trying to accomplish is a big question for every writer.
As a writer, you need to know exactly what you want to accomplish with your blog post.? This is often described as a call to action.
A Call to action lets you direct your readers what they should do before and after they read your content.
Some authors may prefer to confine their call to action to the feedback provided by their readers. Others may wish to restrict their call to action to the readership.
In general, we can all acknowledge that writing articles that inspire readers to take action in purchasing or utilizing a service is the common objective of all writers.
Depending on what you want to accomplish with your article, having a call-to-action helps you define your objective when writing an article.
