(1) Brand Identity:

Developers can always demand a premium if they have invested in connecting with the customers and stake holders on how they value them in keeping their promise to serve them in delivering their units on a timely basis. The assurance of getting their valuable possession on time and without hassle creates positive sentiments in the mind of the customers to identify and recognize the good will created by the developer in observing its consistency over a period of time.

It is always better to under say and over perform it is perennial as the binary effects of it brings in rich dividend when acquiring new age customers in large, commitment in engagement on product delivery holds the key to success in making all efforts towards a common goal.

Strategy design primarily should focus on the overall experience the customer experience in the entire sales journey and gets connected with the value and culture of the company. A dynamic approach in fostering emphatical relationship will reflect in the strike rate on interactions in line with the overall conditioning on what is offered and accepted.?
