5 effective Chill-in-possibilities in crisis like "Corona-virus"

In time like we have now staying calm and relaxed for better choices for yourself and your surrounding, we have to learn copy strategies (resilience methods).

Here are my 5 effective and most simple ones:

Relax instead of Burn-out

Burn-out means that there are too many challenges at once and we dont know how to handle them. There are different views and stages how people define burn-out.

By finding other possibilities how we perceive the world, people and daily live, we can choose in every moment new thinking and actions. Especially how we want to see ourselves and what gives us pleasure to be happy in every moment.

Listed here are some ways to chill and avoid burn-out and to see life more in the relaxed mode. The more choices we have, the more we respond healthy to challenges in everyday life.

Grounding and get in our “chill-Zone”

?One of the most important things when it’s stressful in daily business is to keep calm, focused and remain to your own peace to make good decisions. Therefore simple possiblities are given to relax: Grounding with the earth is one of the most effective and easierst form of relaxation. We feel more and more in our own ?relax zone“ for doing mindful business.

Imagine leaning against your favorite tree. Now imagine that you go slowly inside the tree trunk. Your feet grow root with the roots of the tree and you ground yourself via the tree roots deep into the Earth. Take some deep inhales and exhales.

Visualize inhaling golden light that comes from the universe. When exhaling, imagine breathing out the golden light to the Earth. The more you focus on the breathing, the more you feel peace and calmness.

Change attitude – change frequency

A method to train "advanced" intuition is "changing the frequency". What have all happy, successful and healthy people in common? A high level of energy bychanging their vibrations/frequencies.

How can we change our vibrations?

By simply imagine an old radio with a frequency change button. Change the frequency of the radio until you feel a pleasant, light energy inside you. Play with the tuning knob and learn the different energy frequencies of you and how your attitude and vibrations changes too!

Time-out and Chill-in for your brain

The easiest way to really calm down and relax  your brain is first grounding, then tipping your tongue on the palate. This is an old ancient meditation technique. You can make it anywhere and anytime.

Breathe to relax

First get grounded, then put your tongue on your palate. Take a deep breath in and look up, exhale and look down.  The deeper and slower the breath, the more relaxing it is. Many stressed people breathe very fast and flat. Therefore only by breathing deep and slow, you go into the relax zone. So simple, so effective.

4 questions

Many people ask me, is it possible that everything is easy? YES, it is a concious decision. We often believe things are difficult and tedious and therefore they are. But it is also possible the other way. What if we can choose how to react on stressful situations?

 It makes a difference as Virginia Satir mentioned: by questionning your believes with 3-4 questions, you can ask yourself: is thinking and acting mine or did I acquire these (by whoever: from parents, society, by my environment, business,…). If it is assumed it is for me, you can question yourself: ?do I still need it or is it now in the current situation inconvenient for that what I'm doing?“ If there is an obstacle, I can also ask, ?what is my learning lesson from it“? And the first input we perceive is most of the time the answer! ?Do I still need this way of thinking and acting or is something more suitable?“ Most beliefs are overtaken much earlier (most of the time subconsciously) in our lives and as more we become conscious, as more we can choose which possibility is good for us and suitable for our living. If a thinking and acting is a hindrance, imagine mentally to give it away like a piece of paper or ?present“ and say ?now I choose at this moment another more suitable thinking and acting. That's what I simply implement and this is true freedom!

Can it be soooo simple? YES it can, if you believe it can, because you also believe that it can’t too! Choose wisely what you want to believe!

There are times where no relax techniques work - for what ever reason! Only one thing helps the most: Humor in stressful times is THE ultimate resource:

Put on your clown nose and ?turn on the circus music“ in your head. With this possibility you change your point of view how you can see situations, people, things in life. Many begin to smile and become more quieter what is going on at the moment. With this ?new“ point of view we realize that everything we believe is currently stressing out, most of the time we cannot remember 10/20 years anyway anymore – so why bother?
