It was my birthday this week and I got much more than I was expecting in terms of surprises and memorable moments. My husband treated our family to a night away and my goal was to be able to access the popular restaurants in the evening there. He went the extra mile and arranged with the amazing management and staff that I would basically be a VIP for two days! I remembered my mindmovie and one of the images in that is titled ' Everywhere I go I am a VIP'. I through that in for FUN and had no attachment to it. Everything was beyond my expectations and it was truly joyful and very much appreciated.
I think I said thank you in my mind a million times and got up early the next day to do a Gratitude Meditation on the beach. I could write a book on what has been created in my life but I am keeping it short today. Suffice to say it is much more of a feeling and energy than all the intellectual stuff I hung onto in the past with Law of Attraction stuff. Here are a few more things that I have used personally to create a life I love with total gratitude... and NO attachment.?If you are looking to manifest your desires and attract more of what you want into your life? Tuning into the frequency of gratitude is a powerful way to do just that. By aligning yourself with the vibrational frequency of abundance.
Here's a beginner's guide on how to tune into the frequency of gratitude and manifest what you want:
1. Practice gratitude daily: Take a few minutes each day to write down the things you are grateful for. This helps you focus on the positive things in your life and sends out positive vibrations to the universe.
2. Create a vision board: A vision board is a visual representation of your intentions. By looking at your vision board daily, you are reminding yourself of what you want to manifest. Your subconscious LOVES images. This helps you stay focused on your mission and sends out positive vibrations to the universe. Send the signal out, let go of the attachment.

3. Practice positive visualization: By visualizing yourself already having what you want, you are sending out positive frequencies to the quantum field. This helps you become a vibrational magnet that calls in what you're signalling.
4. Stay in a state of gratitude: (not always as easy as it sounds!) Once you have tuned into the frequency of gratitude, it is important to stay in that state. I feel it in my heart and belly, test it and see where you feel yours? This means focusing on what you are grateful for and staying positive even when things get tough.
5. Understand the Law of Vibration: The Law of Vibration states that everything in the universe is made up of energy and vibrates at a certain frequency. By understanding this law, you can learn how to raise your vibration and attract more of what you want into your life - so police those negative thoughts, ideas, words and friends.
