I personally believe speaking is no longer a soft skill but a superior skill that women in business and in sales need to master.?

LinkedIn is a great platform to leverage speaking as a marketing strategy, lead generator or revenue source in business or for your company.?

However, many women are NOT taking full advantage of all that LinkedIn has to offer to attract speaking opportunities consistently.?

Here are a few ways to leverage LinkedIn for business growth while being a thought leader and innovator.?

  1. Write articles/newsletters (This is a great way to showcase your thought leadership to an audience who could benefits from your speaking services).
  2. Make sure your profile is updated and matches your experience and expertise.?
  3. Share your unique perspective using LinkedIn LIVE or LinkedIn audio.
  4. Ask for LinkedIn Recommendations (I have over 162. This is a great way for potential events planners to see how impactful you were from past clients and participants of your session).
  5. Post and Comments on people’s profile 3 or 4 times a week.? (This doesn’t have to be daily, but you want to actively participate on the platform, so others get to know who you are and learn from your unique perspective).?
