5 Deliverables From Private Situational Awareness Coaching For Young Women

I frequently get asked to do one-on-one situational awareness coaching with high school juniors & seniors, and even college undergraduates. The person asking is a parent who knows their young daughter will be spreading her wings to explore the big, wonderful world and wants her equipped with the best knowledge and skills to help keep herself safe.

What can a young woman expect to gain from having this unique coaching experience with me?

  • Increased confidence in her own senses and natural instincts to recognize early warning signs of dangerous behaviors in others
  • A better understanding of how intuition works so she recognizes its signals faster, and can take quicker action to get to safety
  • A strengthened belief that she can take up space and use her voice to manage boundaries and stand up for herself
  • A broadened view of how her perspectives have been formed, and how they impact her personal safety (basically, how biases are formed and how to recognize them so she can counter them. A great example is assuming a person who is well dressed means no harm to her. Ted Bundy was described as charming and handsome.)
  • Mental games and daily habits to continue sharpening her personal safety skills going forward

These are life skills that everyone should have!

But don't take my word for it, here's a testimonial from a parent:

"Also, I wanted to say, I got a chance to read J’s copy of your book and it is excellent. J went to visit her boyfriend’s family in --- recently and she hadn’t read the book yet, so I told her to start from the back and read the chapter on travel, first.? Ha ha.? Lots of good content there and I think she took it to heart.? K was originally apprehensive about reading the book because it came right after all the anxiety that led to our earlier call.? But over the Christmas break, she finally sat down to devour it and was glad she did.? I asked her to summarize why she liked it, and this is what she texted back: '[The book] made me feel less guilty for getting into non-ideal situations in the past and helped me come up with ideas for how to respond to future situations to prevent negative outcomes.'?

That’s what I got out of it, too, and I thought it was great that you provided judgment-free suggestions on how to conduct yourself in various situations."

An arrow through a diamond symbolizes courage moving forward. Learn how to become situationally aware to spot dangers before they happen with one-on-one coaching with me! Book a FREE consultation call here.

Stay Sharp,
