??? Collective and individual creativity can be threatened due to lack of casual conversations, sidebars, and things that occur on-site.

??? Employees need to be fully integrated to feel part of company culture.

?? 4 ACTION STEPS

Action Steps

??? Ask each employee to grade each C, discuss the reasons for the grades, brainstorm how to address any problems, and develop and implement a plan to change them.

  • EVALUATE: For each C, rate yourself between 1 (lowest) to 10 (highest) on how you think your remote or hybrid workplace, unit, or team is doing.
  • ANALYZE: Identify the lowest C rating, analyze the reasons why, and make optimal benefit changes. Do the same for the next-lowest C ratings.
  • PLAN: Starting with the lowest C rating, consider action steps to improve in this area.
  • IMPLEMENT: Schedule to implement and communicate the changes needed, set key metrics to measure the effectiveness of the changes, and measure results periodically.
