9 个月I hear so many people say they wish they had trusted their intuition (#InnS?i) more, and yet it's not just a matter of trusting it, but about turning it on and tuning into it better. We all have InnS?i; it’s part of being human and alive, InnS?i is always there, inside us, and it sharpens our inner compass if we chose to follow it. Turning it on, tuning into it and regularly updating it is up to us. The trick is to train our attention to witness it evolve before an idea, skill, ‘knowing’, vision, decision, direction or feeling emerges. On a personal level, we use our InnS?i to make choices, communicate with other people and fall in love. We take a risk when we decide to trust someone or take a leap of faith based on InnS?i that will turn the tide in our lives. On a professional level, we may develop certain skills or even excel in a particular domain, and then we weave InnS?i together with reason and analysis. We begin to learn when to let things sink in and brew and when to be deliberate and execute. InnS?i taps into the 95–99 per cent of our consciousness which lies outside our focused attention. I look forward to helping more people tap into the wonder that is inside them.
