Find free courses that are more macro and study them, after you've learned enough to breakdown the those courses into in-depth learning you need to chase and become expert in them. At least I find marketing is started like this if you have no clue or pointed direction, you will always just know enough to find a new thing in it to learn more or compliment your knowledge.
