The project combines simplicity with modern low cost design elements to achieve a prototype of a Bungalow of "Simplicity and Affordability".

• The unique Entrance makes the building striking. The concept of having flower pots on the timber cladded walls allows for a Midas touch of Nature.
• On the east, Back and west sides of the building, there is landscaping gardens serving as sustainable features. the fa?ade is well decorated with flower planters and special led lighting fixtures.
