5 Artists Using Graph Tech String Saver Saddles on Their Guitars
Graph Tech’s String Saver Saddles are installed on the guitars of many professional musicians around the world. Why? Because String Savers are guaranteed to dramatically reduce string breakage while providing a more full-bodied tone and up to a 25% increase in sustain.

Jamie is the son of critically acclaimed Chicago artist Jim Skafish who achieved international fame via the band Skafish, the first punk group out of Chicago. As a student, Jamie performed at classical recitals starting at age three and had even played political functions for two Indiana governors as a minor. Jamie spent 18 years training in piano, guitar, and vocal studies with his father before leaving the Chicago region to serve his country in the United States Air Force.
After the Air Force, Jamie went on to play music full time. Having a background in studio work, Jamie took on some new styles of music and began playing in country music bands. After rising through the ranks, Jamie had again become a regular regional player in the South West playing shows in Texas, New Mexico, Colorado, Arizona, and Utah. In this time Jamie connected with country star and mega-hit songwriter, George Ducas.
While still performing with George and various country music artists, Jamie also stayed busy working with well-known Grammy-nominated Latin artist Micky Cruz, performing live and playing on his Cumbeque 3 disc. In addition to the Latin material with Micky, Jamie began playing with Jazz singer Tracey Whitney (formerly known as Ray Charles Raelette - member of the famous Whitney Family Band).
Jamie is also a full-time touring member of The Pink Flamingos, an internationally known band that plays corporate events, political functions, and performing arts venues in addition to other high profile gigs, such as American Cancer Society Cattle Barons Ball, where he opened for Dustin Lynch, or performing at Richard Branson’s house (owner of Virgin Airlines/Space Cruises).

“I don't have time for wussy string saddles! I need saddles that can take it! Not get cut up and heat up strings. I wouldn't think of playing the "Beast" without String Saver Saddles, and you can take that to the bank!” - Dick Dale
Without a doubt, Dick Dale is a phenomenon. Famously dubbed “The King of the Surf Guitar”, this American surf rock guitarist pioneered the surf music style. Since his first appearances in Balboa, California at the famed Rendezvous Ballroom, he has set and broken attendance records everywhere he's performed. He even worked closely with Fender to produce custom-made amplifiers (like the first-ever 100 watt guitar amp), and has a signature model made after him: the Dick Dale Custom Shop Stratocaster.
His unique style of playing and showmanship has been considered a precursor to heavy metal music, inspiring artists like Jimi Hendrix and Eddie Van Halen.

Guthrie Govan was born on December 27, 1971 in Chelmsford, Essex, England. Guthrie is a guitarist known for his work with the bands Asia (2001-2006), GPS, The Young Punx and The Fellowship, as well as Erotic Cakes.
