My take: this is so insanely cool and crazy accurate. I wasn't sure what to expect but this is an awesome little sidekick for anybody in business or even a job seeker!

It shares how to communicate, the person's personality traits and where they land on the DISC MAP, expected behaviour, and how to email, meet, and work with me.

My take: I love this tool for a few things on LinkedIn. First, newsletter headlines! This is such a handy tool to copy and paste a rough draft headline and get something a little more captivating. I could also see this working well for rusty about bios that needs to be updated. I used it quickly to plug in my current headline on LinkedIn and the suggestions were so good that I changed mine!

My rating: 9/10, you can get so much just with the free version alone. Give it a try!

3. Ellie: An AI-powered email assistant designed to help individuals and businesses improve their email communication. This email assistant, known as Ellie, leverages artificial intelligence and natural language processing to understand and analyze email conversations.

Cost: Ellie offers a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. After the trial, there are two pricing plans to choose from:

My take: I absolutely love the chrome extension. Ellie makes emailing a breeze. All you have to do is copy and paste the email you need to respond to into the extension and it generates a great reply that you can use based on your normal communication. You can also change the tone depending on who you're talking to. Oh! And you can also choose "interested" or "not interested".

My rating: 100000000/10, my current favourite AI tool

4. Feedly: Feedly is a powerful content aggregation and organization tool that simplifies the process of staying informed and up-to-date with the latest news, articles, blogs, and publications that matter to you. With Feedly, you can create a personalized news feed tailored to your specific interests and preferences.

Cost: Free, pro is $6/month, pro+ is $8.25/month, and enterprise pricing is available upon request

My take: out of this list, Feedly has been the one tool that I've been using and loving for YEARS now. It allows me to learn everything that I need to know about what's new on LinkedIn without digging for the information. It's a crucial tool in my workday!

My rating: 10/10, a must have tool for almost everybody!

5. Summaraize AI: Summarize AI is an innovative tool designed to simplify the process of extracting key information from large texts and generating concise summaries. Powered by advanced natural language processing (NLP) algorithms, Summarize AI analyzes the content and distills it down to its most important points, saving you time and effort.

With Summarize AI, you can input lengthy articles, documents, research papers, or any text that needs to be condensed.

Cost: Free trial and pay-as-you-go for $7.5/per 30 minutes, or subscribe for $5/per 30 minutes (min 120 mins/mo).

My Take: I like this one a lot. I'm not in rave mode yet because I just started using it, but I uploaded a 5 minute audio recording and I love that it not only transcribed it for me, but also created text posts for LinkedIn, Youtube, Twitter, wherever I wanted to share a text version of the recording.

My Rating: 8/10 only because it's new to me so I want to experiment more with what it can do.

BONUS MENTION: Chat GPT

Because how can we have an article on awesome AI tools for LinkedIn without talking about my little bestie, Chat GPT.

Chat GPT is like having a super smart buddy who's always ready to chat. It's an AI-powered language model that can hold conversations, answer questions, and create and edit text.

But here's the best part: Chat GPT learns and improves over time. The more you chat with it, the better it gets at understanding your preferences and delivering tailored responses. It's like having a personalized chatbot buddy that adapts to your style.

My take: I've fallen hard and fast for Chat GPT because it is virtually like having your own assistant. You can ask it questions, request summaries, or ask it to create and/or edit social media captions based on your own personal style.

I personally like to ask it to summarize articles I'm interested in so that I don't have to read the entire thing and I also like having it proofread documents before I publish them. Chat GPT is a fantastic way to supercharge your workday.

Embracing AI tools can be a game-changer on LinkedIn, helping you optimize your communication and create compelling content.

It's also important to note that there are AI tools that you can use for automation on LinkedIn. You won't see me promoting those because they go against LinkedIn terms of service and can land you in serious hot water. One tool I was looking at seemed really interesting for LinkedIn analytics, but the reviews mentioned that it scrapes data and so I chose to not include it here or use it.

It's important to know the ethical boundaries of AI and what you can use to augment your work without being deceptive.
