5 Actions of Manifestation

What is manifestation?

Essentially, manifestation is bringing something tangible into your life through attraction and belief, i.e. if you think it, and it will come. However, there is more to manifestation than willpower and?positive thinking. As?Angelina Lombardo, the author of?A Spiritual Entrepreneur?tells?OprahMag.com, “manifesting is making everything you want to feel and experience a reality… via your thoughts,?actions, beliefs, andemotions.”

It all begins with putting the right messages out there into the world. Lots of people think that creating a vision board is enough, or trying to hustle to make things happen is the answer. The reality is, that manifesting something a subtle?energy. It’s about assuming the experience of what it is you desire before the reality even comes into form.

There are many actions by which we can manifest whatever we desire, whether it be love, money or our own life goal. All it takes is a little courage and time to manage out the thing we want to manifest and the patience to wait for the result as the saying goes that what we do can be controlled by us but the result is out of our reach. So we should only focus on the process not the result as the process is equally important as its result.

5 ACTION’s OF MANIFESTATION

  1. NO ACTION AT ALL (have patience) - Patience?is?very important?in life. In today’s modern age, most of us can get annoyed pretty easily. … One of the many benefits of being patient is that?patience?helps us to make better decisions.?Patience?is the pause that helps us get our thoughts back in order and our feelings under control.
  2. VISUALIZATION (think positive) - Positive thinking, or an optimistic attitude, is the practice of focusing on the good in any given situation. It can have a big impact on your physical and mental health. That doesn’t?mean?you ignore reality or make light of problems.

“Visualize this thing that you want. See it, feel it, believe in it. Make your mental blueprint, and begin to build.”

  1. AFFIRMATION (talk positive) - Positive?self-talk?makes you feel good about yourself and the things that are going on in your life. It’s like having an optimistic voice in your head that always looks on the bright side.
  2. SELF LOVE (keep yourself happy and healthy) - Selflove means?having a high regard for your own well-being and happiness.?Selflove means?taking care of your own needs and not sacrificing your well-being to please others.?Selflove means?not settling for less than you deserve.
  3. LET GO (forgive everything) - There comes a point in all of our lives where we need to?let go. We need to?let go?of the past: the hurt, unmet expectations, loss, hopes, and dreams. It is a healthy way to move on. We cannot possibly continue to move forward in our own lives if we are constantly holding on to that bar from our past.

If we are able to follow the above said 5 actions and implement in our daily life, then our life can become a lot more easier and can move in the direction we want it to move and will be clear of what we want and what can be reached by the efforts we put in our life.
