5 年Critical skills require training and practice, practice, practice. Rhetoric/presentation literacy/public speaking not only get our points across in a logical manner for others to receive, but it also builds self-confidence. It is not easy at first for most people, but it quickly becomes natural. Overcome stage fright; step up and be heard!
