You might be able to feel the tension as everyone tries to get everything done. Supporting employees during the hectic 4th quarter is crucial for maintaining their physical and mental well-being. Here are a few strategies to consider in order to decrease work-related stress, reduce the risk of burnout, and create a more productive culture during this busy time:?

  • Provide clear priorities. Clearly communicate the most important tasks and projects for the quarter to prevent employees from feeling overwhelmed. Everything is NOT a priority. Your focus and clarity will create a healthier and more productive workplace.?
