The 4th Quarter is for Closers

Kobe Bryant is my all-time favorite basketball player and arguably one of the greatest clutch closers to every play the game. When it comes to the 4th Quarter the true stars come out. It requires composure, will, determination, and persistence to complete the task at hand.

The same is true in the business and professional world. You have to finish the 4th Quarter strong. All too often when the 4th Quarter hits you want to coast into the holidays and relax. But no, my friend! You should not be relaxing, coasting, and definitely not taking your foot off the pedal. But, you should be doubling down on all your efforts. I’m talking about taking the ‘Mamba Mentality’ to your day to day. Increased high level focus and efforts to finish the year strong will have you going into 2018 with momentum. This is not the time to let up. Let’s complete unfinished 2017 goals or start to dominate those 2018 goals. Keep going and Let’s Go!
